Meaning — English
At-Tawwab turns toward His servants — He turns first to enable repentance, then turns again to accept it. ‘Then He turned to them so they could repent’ (9:118). The door of tawbah closes only at two points: when the sun rises from the West, or at the moment of death.
معنی — اردو
التواب بار بار توبہ قبول کرتا ہے — بلکہ پہلے خود رخ کرتا ہے تاکہ بندہ توبہ کر سکے (9:118)۔
