Al-Muhaymin watches over all things, protects them, and is fully aware of every detail. Nothing escapes His observation. He oversees the Quran as the guardian of all previous scriptures (5:48). He observes every secret thought, every hidden action — not as surveillance, but as protection.
معنی — اردو
المہیمن ہر چیز پر نگہبان ہے۔ قرآن کو بھی ‘مہیمن’ کہا گیا ہے کیونکہ وہ پچھلی کتابوں کا محافظ ہے۔
