Malik-ul-Mulk is the absolute proprietor of all kingship itself. All other kings are temporary custodians of borrowed authority. ‘O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and take it from whom You will’ (3:26).

مالک الملک تمام حکومت کا مطلق مالک ہے۔ باقی سب عاریتی اقتدار رکھتے ہیں (3:26)۔
