Reason: Refused to board the ark; trusted in his own plan (mountain) over Allah’s salvation; drowned (11:42-43)
Story — English
When the flood came and Nuh called his son to board the ark, the son refused — saying he would climb a mountain to save himself. He trusted his own strategy over divine guidance. He drowned. Nuh then interceded with Allah for his son, but Allah revealed that the son was not ‘of his family’ because he was not of faith. This was a painful lesson for Nuh himself about the limits of parental love and the meaning of ‘family’ in Islam.

طوفان کے وقت نوح نے کشتی پر آنے کو کہا۔ بیٹے نے پہاڑ پر چڑھنے کا ارادہ کیا — اپنی تدبیر پر بھروسہ کیا۔ ڈوب گیا۔ نوح نے سفارش کی تو اللہ نے کہا وہ آپ کے گھر والوں میں سے نہیں تھا — ایمان نہ تھا اس کے پاس۔
