Story — English
Son of Dawud, given an unrivalled kingdom (38:35) — command over wind, jinn, birds, and human armies. Could understand the language of all creatures. The ant’s speech (27:18-19) — he heard the ant warning others and smiled in gratitude, making dua to do righteous deeds pleasing to Allah. Communicated with the Hudhud (hoopoe bird) about Bilqis, Queen of Sheba. Her throne was transported from Yemen to Palestine by a jinn before she arrived. The Quran corrects the biblical account — Sulayman did not practice magic; those who claimed he did were liars (2:102). He tested himself when his kingdom was shaken and prayed for forgiveness and an unrivalled kingdom — it was granted.

داؤد کے بیٹے، بے مثال سلطنت دی گئی (38:35)۔ ہوا، جنات، پرندوں اور انسانوں کی فوج پر اختیار۔ چیونٹی کی بات سن کر مسکرائے اور شکر کی دعا مانگی۔ ملکہ بلقیس کا تخت لمحوں میں منگوایا۔ قرآن نے تصیح کی: سلیمان جادوگر نہیں تھے (2:102)۔
